The WebView I/O product line is the best Signal Conditioner family ever produced by Action Instruments. As a bonus, you can view your process data over your company's intranet, with the optional WVC16 WebView Communications Interface. With the interface, email notification can be generated when signals are out of range.Plus, the WebView I/O system will store values for future diagnostics, maximum and minimum as well as the existing internal temperature of the module and a timer that will notify the user when it's time for routine maintenance.

WV408 DC Voltage/Current Input Signal Isolator The WV408 has both voltage and current input ranges available. For voltage, four ranges are DIP switch selectable, ±150mV, ±1.5V, ±15V and ±150V. Each of these ranges has at least 95% zero and span adjustment, making it no problem to select a 0-20mV user range on the ±150mV full scale range. Plenty of resolution is available due to the use of Sigma-Delta conversion at 15 effective bits. For current, there are two input ranges that are DIP switch selectable, ±2.5mA or ±25mA. Both voltage and current have an input accuracy of 0.015% of full scale. The WV408 also supports reverse output.

WV428 Thermocouple Input Signal Conditioner The WV428 supports B, C, E, J, K, N, R, S & T thermocouples that are DIP switch selectable. Table 1 lists the temperature range supported for each thermocouple type. The WV428 also supports a millivolts range of –20 to +80mVDC. The input accuracy on the WV428 is ±0.05% with a CJC error of £ ±1°C.

WV478 Frequency Input Signal Conditioner The WVB478 supports input spans of 2Hz to 10kHz, with an auto-ranging input. The input amplitude can be a range between 150mVp to 150Vrms.

WVC16 I/O Communications Interface The model WVC16 is the heart of the WebView I/O System. While the WebView Signal Conditioners and Limit Alarms are the most advanced modules offered by Action Instruments, the WVC16 WebView Communications Interface adds functionality never before found in a signal conditioning system.
The WVC16 interfaces with the WebView devices via an internal infrared communications link (no user programming required) and provides the ability to connect up to 32 modules to the user’s intranet. This powerful combination allows the user to view process data on a near real time basis, perform data logging functions on specified modules, calibrate the signal conditioners remotely (under certain conditions) and view diagnostic information.

WV905 Power Supply Module
The model WV905 power supply can be used to operate most 24VDC instruments including Action's WebView I/OÔ, Ultra SlimPakÒ, and ActionI/QÔ models.
The WV905 converts from 85 to 265VAC (120 to 300VDC) to 24VDC at 0.5Amps. The output has over current shutdown with automatic restart and thermal shutdown. The input is protected by a fuse, a thermistor for inrush current protection, and a varistor for over voltage.
The WV905 is the perfect power source for the WebView I/O signal conditioners. The integrated power jumping system makes short work for connecting power without the need for "daisy-chaining" power wires.
