ANALYZERS


Pipeline Stream Analyzer

- The Pipeline Stream Analyzer (PSA) is designed to continuously monitor an incoming gas sample for H2S, CO2, combustibles and/or other toxic gases. The PSA has a maximum inlet pressure of 1500 psig (4500 psig available).

  • Solid state, electrochemical or infrared sensors available
  • Input pressure to 4500 psig with membrane filter; additional input filtering may be needed
  • Suitable for hazardous area including Class 1, Div 1 or Div 2

CONTROLLERS


C1 Protector 8/16 Ch Display & Alarm Controller

- with Modbus Master-Slave RS-485 ports; NRTL certified for Div. 2 potentially hazardous areas and C22.2 No. 152 for LEL combustibles

  • Accepts up to 16 inputs from many sensor types and signal ranges. Inputs may be analog or Modbus® Master port retrieves data via RS-485 data highway

  • CSA approved for Div 2 areas without purge. CE mark

  • 8 channel display mode and option boards allow economical configuration of systems requiring only 8 channels or less

  • Dual Modbus RS-485 serial ports for simultaneous master / slave operation. Optional phone modem

  • Accepts inputs from one or two local or remote mounted Toxic / LEL sensors or transmitters

  • CSA approved for Div 2 areas without purge. CE mark
