Polybus provides a line of keygens and modems for the Siemens S7-200 and S5-95U controllers, along with other controllers and RTU products.
RTU-8700 Ethernet Server for Siemens S7-200
- The RTU-8700 Ethernet server is designed to connect Siemens line of S7-200 PLC’s to an Ethernet network using TCP/IP protocol. This allows the user to monitor, control or configure the S7-200 PLC from any location in the factory. Up to 16 PLC’s may be connected to each Ethernet server. Data is sent or received over the network in standard TCP/IP packets. LED indicators are provided for LINK and ACTIVE network status.
The Ethernet module communicates to the S7-200 PLC via the RS485 port using PPI (point-to-point interface) protocol. Users programs can be uploaded directly to the S7-200 PLC through the network from anywhere in the facility. The RS485 interface supports Transmit Data (TxD) and Receive Data (RxD). LED indicators are provided for these signals. The Ethernet module is enclosed in a rugged plastic enclosure with C, U and G shaped DIN rail mounting options.

Keygens for S7-200 & S5-95U PLCs
Polybus' line of Keygens provide Modbus compatible communication capabilities for Siemens S7 micro PLC's and the S5-95U PLC. Keygens allow the PLC to communicate with a variety of SCADA and host CPU systems via radio, modem or general EIA232 interfaces.

Polybus' line of modems provide Modbus compatible communication capabilities for Siemens S7 micro PLC's and the S5-95U PLC. Keygens allow the PLC to communicate with a variety of SCADA and host CPU systems via radio, lease-line, audio or general EIA232 interfaces.

DTB200A Analog Simulator for S7-200
- The DTB200a is designed to simulate analog I/O for the S7-200 PLC. The analog simulator conveniently plugs into the I/O termination’s of the analog expansion module. This unit supports Analog Input /Output expansion modules 6ES7 231-08HC00-0XA0 and 6ES7 235-0KB00-0XA0.
Analog channels work in 5 to 10 Volt uni-polar or bi-polar input modes. Selectable analog output loop-back. Negative voltages supplied by user. Fused, switched and annunciated PLC power distribution. Optional on-board 2K EEPROM module w/ CW4-7EE cable. The CW4-7EE connects the EEPROM to the S7 Prom port.
Supports S7 Analog I/O expansion modules: 6ES7 231-0HC00-0XA0 and 235-0KD00-0XA0.

GTB295M Master I/O Block for Siemens S5-95U
- The GTB295m provides interface for Siemens S5-95U analog I/O, discrete, counter and interrupt inputs. All digital inputs have excitation voltage and signal termination per channel with LED annunciation, isolation and transient protection.
Power routing jumpers offer system power or isolated user provided power. Jumpers are provided for digital, counter and interrupt channels to be used as source, sink or isolation powered. Interrupt channels can be used as interrupt or digital inputs. Analog inputs and outputs are configurable for current or voltage modes and have fused loop power. Analog inputs are buffered, filtered, adjustable and amplified for full-scale input performance.
Economical interface for the Siemens S5-95U.

Signal Conditioning Blocks
- Polybus International's line of remote signal conditioning blocks is designed for high-density Analog I/O and Digital I/O PLC modules. Common attributes include: Industry standard field wiring terminations with screw cage-clamps, a complete set of channel signal terminations with signal conditioning and circuit protection, high-density round D-shell connectors, system power fusing and distribution. They're designed for DIN rail mounting with maximum density I/O and access to wiring duct.
