Thermon Tubing Bundles
®, supplying both electric and steam heat tracing solutions since 1954. Complete heat tracing systems must include Instrument and Instrument line heating. Cellex TubeTrace and ThermoTube tube bundles are reliable, cost-effective products for heat tracing and insulating small diameter instrument and steam supply tubing.

The heart of any electrically heated bundle is the heater cable. Thermon manufactures the widest variety of "cut-to-length" heating cables available today, providing sole-source responsibility for temperature performance. Whatever the application— freeze protection, process temperature maintenance, high exposure temperature or electrically classified hazardous areas, Thermon’s complete line of products provides superior heat tracing solutions.

Self-Regulating BSX- A cost effective solution for water freeze protection and low temperature maintenance.
Tube Temperature Range: 40°F (5°C) to approx. 100°F (38°C).

TubeTrace®
Self-Regulating TSX®- Primarily used for freeze protection or process temperature maintenance where temperature exposure to steam purge is expected.
Tube Temperature Range: 40°F (5°C) to approx. 200°F (93°C).
Maximum Maintenance Temperature: 250°F (121°C)
Maximum Exposure1: 375°F (191°C) power off

Self-Regulating VSX- A high performance cable specifically for process temperature maintenance or freeze protection where high temperature exposure is a consideration.

Power-Limiting HPT- A "cut-to-length" alternative to series resistance cables for higher temperature maintenance or for multiple tube bundles requiring high heat loading. Also used for freeze protection where high temperature exposure is a factor.

STEAM HEATED
Steam or Fluid "Light Traced"
- For freeze protection and process maintenance. The tracer tube is insulated from the process tube(s). Process tube temperatures will be significantly lower than the tracer tube temperature.
Tube Temperature Range: 40°F (5°C) to 250°F (121°C).
Maximum Exposure: 400°F (205°C)
Steam or Fluid "Heavy Traced"
- For freeze protection and process maintenance. The tracer tube is in direct contact with the process tube(s). Process tube temperatures will be only slightly lower than the tracer tube temperature.
Tube Temperature Range: 40°F (5°C) to 400°F (205°C).
Maximum Exposure: 400°F (205°C)
Bundled Tubing
- Instrument tubing for conveying pneumatic or hydraulic signals for control or monitoring. For general use both indoors and outdoors.
